Earth Hour 2009
Banner courtesy of WWFOn March 28 2009 at 8.30pm, many companies, houses, schools and industries of all kind will pledge their support to having the impact of climate change heard. They will switch off all their unnecessary lightings for exactly one hour. What began as a campaign to get Sydneysiders to turn their lights off, has grown to become one of the world’s biggest climate change initiatives. For more information, please check out this link; http://www.earthhour.org/about.Come over to our booths this Wednesday (4/2) and Thursday (5/2) and pledge your support. We also have merchandises on sale; ranging from panda plush to diaries. All sales will go towards funding the campaigns set up by WWF (World Wildlife Fund).Remember! A single person's action might be too insignificant to be heard, but a whole entire group of people's actions will definitely send off a strong signal. Support today by going to any of our booths (FC6, FC5 and FC1) to sign up.
